Struggling to get back into working out? Me too // Keeping it real
Frustrated, disappointed, defeated. You’ve been there, right?
After suffering multiple injuries in the past year, I’ve struggled to get back into working out. It’s been one of the most difficult obstacles to go through, knowing that working out is what makes me feel AHHMAZING!
Recently, I’ve made a solid decision to get back into working out, but this time SLOWLY. No more injuries and falling off this time!! I don’t have time for that. 😉
I know when I workout, I go hard. In the last year, I would go hard because I was excited and full of energy. Followed by injuring myself, and falling off.
Does this happen for you too? Maybe, you workout for a week and some change, and end up falling off after the weekend rolls in.

Being a health coach doesn’t give me the unlimited ability to sip on green smoothies all day, run 4 miles every morning and meditating for an hour daily.
